The Zendesk Suite
In 2018, Zendesk launched The Zendesk Suite, which was a new way to purchase multiple Zendesk products together at a discounted price. This bundle included four of the top customer service channels which Zendesk offers: Support, Guide, Chat, and Talk. This provided customers with a way to buy Zendesk products together in order to have a more integrated experience to manage all of their online customer service related needs.
Problem
Design a system within the current self-service subscription model to sell bundled product offerings like The Zendesk Suite.
Goal
Increase revenue for Zendesk through integrating higher ARR (Annual Reoccurring Revenue) products into the self-service shopping cart.
